Hello everyone, a Washington state brewer here. I've done some brewing in the past but I've been away from it for quite some time due to my job and where I was living. (A submariner living in barracks on Pearl Harbor, getting caught brewing in my room would not be good and I had no access to a kitchen.) I've recently jumped back in with a batch of mead and cider. I'm fairly hard to please with beers and I'd likely end up discarding or giving away anything not to my tastes so I'll leave that for later experiments.

Welcome aboard! Good to see another Mead and Cider Maker here - Find a beer you like commercially and there's plenty of people here who can help you get close to a homebrewed clone!

welcome and glad you found us. don't be hesitant to ask questions, or answer them. we've all found out there's a million ways to skin a cat ! :~)
