Just joined finally, been using the board for years though. I've been brewing for a few years, I'm doing all grain, usually 10 gal batches and I keg most of my stuff. I try to keep things different, always trying to perfect my PA and stout recipe but I like to experiment.
Weirdest stuff I did recently was a black saison and a wild rye saison. We shall see what happens :mug:
