New to forums, looking for input

Hello,
I'm new to the site, been brewing beer for 13 years, currently work at lengthwise brewing co in Bakersfield California. Just got a big batch of galaxy hops in at work. Love the smell, high alpha acids, seems like a great hop for IPA's. Curious to see if anyone had any input about the hop, or any good ideas for utilization.

I think I had some galaxy hops at the NHC. IIRC they were pretty decent in Pale Ales. I think I remember a kind of fruity not quite citrus flavor in the finish. Not as powerful as Centennial in the citrus area.
