been brewing for two years, been brewing all grain single stage infusion mash for last three batches. My uncle got me into brewing, I got two of my cousins into brewing now. I don't know any all grain brewers so its a little hard for me to learn the whole process of it but i must say that my last two all grain batches taste pretty good to me. :mug:
 
Where are you from in MN? I was born in St. Paul and my family is from the Albert Lea area. I still have cousins around Austin and up in the cities.
 
in a small town about 18 miles south of mankato, it kinda stinks because I have to drive up to the cities to buy supplies so i make sure that I buy in bulk to save the trips.:mug:
