I have been brewing for 4 1/2 years and would like to build an electric brewery control panel. I have looked at numerous designs drawn by PJ, and would like to build his auberin-wiring1-a4-5500w-30a-e-stop-8a control system. Please forgive my newbie question. I understnd how to mount the switches, PID, and lights. How do I mount the contactors, and terminal blocks on the back of the enclosure? Do I drill holes and mount the components with nuts & bolts? Any assistance\advice is greatly appreciated.

The diagram you mentioned: - As always click on the image to see (and save) a full scale diagram printable on tabloid paper (11" x 17")

For mounting the contactors, this really depend on your enclosure case. If it has an internal back panel mounted, you can attach the contactors to it.

What enclosure will you be using? Link?

PJ thanks for your prompt reply. You are the Superman of this forum, and your assistance to everyone is great. I am going to use the Auberins Large Enclosure Model: Bbox16. http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7_34&products_id=305

Great choice. Now if you look at the inside of it you will see a back panel mounted inside. Simply remove the back panel and attach your contactors to it and then reinstall it.

Hope this helps.

PJ, I now see the inner panel. Totally missed it the first time I looked at the picture. It definitely helps quite a bit.
Thanks,
Joe
