Hi all,
finally decided to join the community. I am an academic lab coordinator, and I predominantly work with bacteria. So I naturally thought home brewing would be a great hobby to get into since it uses some of the skill sets that I have developed through work. I have only brewed two ales so far, and both have been from kits that use LME, DME, and specialty grains. I had a ton of fun both times. I'm ready to start using recipes, to start tweaking recipes, and then eventually to start designing my own beers.
