Hello, my name is Joe. Just joined the site and have spent the last few hours browsing and I have already learned a lot. I just racked my first batch of beer (american ipa) to the secondary fermenter. I love the site and all the information here. Thanks to everyone who have shared their knowledge. Looking forward to many more brews in the future.
