Hey everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a college student at Oregon State University and have brewed a bit with some more experienced friends during the past year. Now that they've graduated I figure I'll pick it up officially myself.
As a college student, I have had more than my fair share of junky American Lagers that don't even need to be mentioned, but I've also been around some better beer, I hope that brewing will facilitate an exploration of all types and tastes!
When friends and good literature can't answer my questions I'll probably be coming here to ask questions, and from what I've read so far I should find all the answers I need!
Cheers!
