Hey HBTalk community.
Wanted to introduce myself - been using the forums since last July (as long as I've been brewing now) and just the other day I thought it was about time I became a supporting member of this wonderful site. I've gotten very involved in my brewing and try to brew once a week (3-5 gallon batches). Lasted about two extract batches before switching to all grain and have steadily become a better brewer. Much thanks to all of the posts and threads that have helped my development up until this point. I look forward to learning more and becoming more involved in the forums.
I am looking for a home-brew club or community within the greater Detroit area, preferably within the city itself.
Right now:
Primary 1: The Laborer IPA (w/ Azacca)
Primary 2: CaliCommons/Saison Hyrbid experiment
Primary 3: Empty
Secondary 1: Imperial Brown (10% ABV and brewed with coconut)
Secondary 2: Empty
Bottled: Dry English Pale, Single Hop Cascade American Pale
Past:
Hoppenheimer American Stout
Jamil's CaliCommons
Northern Brewer SMASH extract kit (free with burner purchase!)
