Just adopted these two guys from a nice lady in Kentucky... Drove them from Louisville KY to Columbia SC, took about 8 hours. Other than a long "discussion" about who gets to ride shotgun, the ride went well. They already attended their first brew session at a friend's place today.

In the car during the ride:

Beautiful! Glad to see mature adoption. A great way to end my night as I'm about to hit the sack.

Congrats on the new brewers!

Thanks! They are adapting surprisingly well! They have an alpha thing going on with the food, neither dog has eaten since leaving KY yesterday. I'm trying to let them figure it out. They've got plenty of meat on the bone so I'm not worried for now.

They'll witness a batch at home tomorrow! Brewing a Helles in the morning!

Sir, you have been prosted. I'm glad those beautiful dogs got adopted. Is that your real license plate? If so, I missed my opportunity since I'm also in SC. LOL.

Barley kind of looks like a bigger version of my old English Springer Spaniel. Congrats on two beautiful dogs!

Oh, they are beautiful! I think I'm in love with Barley.

Barley is quite the love bug. He'll do anything he can to get hugs!

They witnessed a second brew session today (mine).

Blue did a fair amount of barking "at everything", so I may have to give him some training there...

I was under their supervision today:

I'm just seeing this thread for the first time. You have two great looking dogs there. Blue has the same smile as my 8 yr old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. That last pic, though... zombie dogs. :)
