hi there,
bought a scoby on ebay.....
made a batch....
tasted ok.....
I think it started to secondary ferment... but hey, first time, but more importantly I used the new Scoby to make another batch... (gotta keep going right?).
But it looks like this...a bit weird... what I can say it may look like mould in the picture, but there is no hair/similar.
so... ideas? Have I created a new life-form?
