I have done 4 beers now. A belgian wit, dunkelweizen, pumpkin ale, and choc/oatmeal stout. Was thinkin about doin an american ale this wknd. I was thinkin about adding maybe some apple and cinn. Has anyone tried this style and/or have any pointers/opinions?
