Came up with a new recipe that I brewed Wednesday. Looking for input as some of the hop schedule is new to me.
5.5 gallon

10lb 2row
.5 lb honey malt
.5 lb C10
.5 lb C60

Mashed at 148 for 75min 1.5 Q/lb
Batch sparged. 4.3 g.

1oz cascade 60min
1oz Mt Hood 15 min
1oz Crystal 5 min.

Pitched Pacman at 70*
Cooled to 64*
OG 1.052
IBU 29.6

Looking for something a little easy to drink but not watery like the guys I drink with that like Heineken/Corona.

The only other beer they enjoyed that I brewed was a Blue Moon clone and a Mac &Jack clone.

Normy likey.

I might move some of that cascade further down the boil and would prefer to pitch at 64 and let it heat to 70. Also, 75min mash isn't needed IMO. The honey will dry it out a little, which I like. Looks good man.

Screw 'Em!!! Brew what you like, if they don't like it - means more for you!!

Recipe looks pretty good.
