I am currently in the Navy stationed down at Great Lakes Illinois. I joined this forum a few years back but my schedule at the time was not "home brew friendly" so I didn't come here regularly. Since then I've had a little more time to brew a few batches, but I have only done some Brewers Best kits. Ill be the first to tell you that my beer knowledge is pretty low since those kits are pretty simple to do. I am interested in getting away from the whole kit beer thing and start improving my beer knowledge and that's what brought me back here.
