Just stopped lurking and joined in.
I have two wines going and a Sweet Mead in the bucket fermenting for a couple of weeks.
Tomorrow morning I am headed to Brew Your own Brew in Gilbert AZ for a class on Mead making from a recognized Mead maker .
I will let you all know how that goes later.
Looking forward to getting some skills from you all and the class as well as life lessons.
