then why is it if someone told me that their beer was sour, i'd tell to stop cleaning and sanitizing their fermenter! all i ever do is rinse it, and use it for my sparge water...i think it's similar to growing compost growing mushrooms, if you actually sterilize, you get an infection...pasturization is key...want to keep the good stuff alive!


(maybe natural antibiotics?)
