I am a brewer from the Dallas area. Been doing all grain batches for about 10 years. Used to brew more but probably do 3-4 5 gallon batches a year at this point. Look forward to being part of the community.

Welcome to the Fun of HBT! :)
..I see from your other posts you want to send a PM but haven't reached the 5 posts yet to do so...If it helps you get there; Tell us more about what you're brewing and what gear you're using for it. Also; Is the message you want to send a question that others might make a useful post in itself? ..if so, just post it.

Thanks for the assist. Just brewed a Pilsner last weekend. I try to keep it pretty simple. I have a propane burner and 8 gallon brew kettle to heat my strike water and boil. I have an igloo cooler for my mash tun and that I batch sparge in there.

I ferment in a freezer controlled by a brewpi, then keg. I saw a forum about a brewpiless parts and wanted to send a message as the brewpi is getting old and looking to upgrade it.

If you are in Dallas, lookup and join the North Texas Homebrewers. Great club and group of folks. Learned a lot from those folks when I was hooked up with them. Also Bluebonnet is right around the corner, always a great party. There's also great clubs in Ft Worth and Denton, depending on what part of the area you are in.

Hey, about 2 hours east of you myself. Hit up Dallas for the Craft breweries sometimes since there is nothing in my area
