Greetings from Austin Texas. Great site, I'll admit I have l have lurked for awhile.
I've been brewing extract and partial grain on and off for about 12 years but I just brewed my first all-grain pale ale and will be bottling today. I'm also going to be washing yeast thanks to the great thread and sticky on this site. I think my beer will turn out good although I got a pretty low efficiency. Once it has conditioned and I have tasted the final product I plan on posting a write-up on it. I took some pretty careful notes so would love to get some critique on what went right and what went wrong. Until then, Cheers!
