Thank y'all for letting me join . I look foward to try brewing at home.i am now limited to being sugar free since I have been told I am type 2. So ,thanks again

interesting

yeah i add glucoamylase to my beer, about all it takes for low carb beer...and i find as long as you're using a decent 'normal' recipie, and not trying to make macro light, with pilsner malt and rice...light beer still has body....

and as far as my bread...i always ask questions? on how to get a good rise mixing bean flour with vital wheat gluten? and i never get an answer? but i do have some successful projects, like red bean cinnamon rolls, navy bean pita pockets, split pea NOODLE soup....

Welcome! I drink ~250gs ethanol, and still manage to meet all my nutritional needs. my liver hasn't exploded yet, and i've been doing it for 17-18 years.....

:mug:

(oh, i weighed in at 174lbs this morning...so i can give diet advice, if you have the courage to listen! ;) big grocery likes their profits!)
