Hello everybody, I only started fermenting honey 6 months ago using 4 and 8 liters glass jar.

I learned a lot from reading this forum, and hoping to learn more.

I live in Jakarta it's in Java, different island from Sumatra. They have a lot of variety of honey in Sumatra!
