Hello, from New Jersey.
I am new to home brewing and I have not even started yet.
I am primary interested in Mead, Cider, and Wine. I am about ready to start my fermentations (probably before the New Year begins); probably a traditional mead and a basic apple cider.
I am a small-scale beekeeper as well.
I'm not one to jump into something without thoroughly 'figuring it out' first. As a result I have spent many months reading about brewing and fermenting.
I think I'm ready....let' see how it goes.
