Yep! Stopped by after work last night and grabbed my 5 GAL. secondary...sorry..."conditioning" carboy. Making a Cherry Porter right now so I'm going to rack to the secondary carboy for a couple weeks. 3lbs of cherry puree for the Porter. Hopefully 3lbs will give it a very slight cherry note. I don't want it to be toooooooo sweet. Subtle is the word of the day.:fro:
 
Welcome from further north. Been to MoreBeer a couple months ago, better than when I was a kid in toys r us. Love that store. And its nice to be able to grab a hop pod from the vine out front and chew on it while shopping. Mmmmmmmmm.
