New home brewer from South Africa

Hi folks,

My Christmas present to myself at the end of last year was a Coopers Home Brewing Kit. I have just bottled my second batch (a sparkling ale) and am now totally sold on home brewing as a hobby.

Anyone else in the forum from SA?

Also, has anyone tried brewing with isomaltulose/palatinose?
