New Home Brewer from long Island New York

So I stumbled on this site not long ago and have gobbled up tons of info...i felt i should say Hi to everyone and thank you for taking the time to help and educate fellow Home Brewers.

I started off with a Cooppers kit my wife got me for my birthday. Less than a year later I am on to Partial Mashes, Apfelwein, and my wife is making wine. My basement has never smelled so good.
