Wow. Had this tonight and must say it it interesting. What a malt bomb with some hop bitterness backbone. Bottle says 200lbs of American malt per barrel. So in a 31g batch, 200 lbs?? Around 6.5lbs/G ? WTF??? Would anyone dare to start a clone of this??

ya know i've got a bottle of this in the fridge that i might have to open tomorrow nite.
Will have to read up on this. New Holland was at the beer tasting on Wed night but I didn't see this. I did get a brochure though. I loved their Saison and whatever the other good beer they had was... Memory of that evening is starting to fade... Some milk stout dragon thing. Time to hit the website!
