Hi all, firstly i would like to say what a great forum

I am just starting to make wine again after a 10 year break, i am intersted in making sake and im struggling to source kome-koji, i am based in staffordshire, england uk, if any one could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi alan66: I've never tried making sake, but I will eventually try. Check Alternative Beverage, homebrew beer making and winemaking I noticed they sell Kome-koji. go to the online catalog there and click on the sake section in the lower left corner of the catalog homepage. there is even a basic tutorial on how to make maltrice and what it should look smell like. good luck
