Grettings all. I been researching making beer for several years. I just kept talking myself out of it. I keep telling myself I was to busy with working, Kids, motorcycles, car shows ect. I have had a slow down lately and took that oppertunity to start my first batch of apfelwein. Shes been bubbling away for three days now. Anyway just stopped by to say hello and thank all those that have put so much information out there and made it easy to take up the hobby.
