Hey everyone. Happy to be here. I am on my 3rd home brew and they've gotten better each time. I started fermentation on a christmas ale last night and fingers crossed it turns out good. It was the most "complicated" one yet.

Sounds like you're off to a great start. It's great you're improving with each brew. I think a lot of folks give up to soon when they have a not so stellar brew or brew day.
