Greetings all. I have been playing Mad Scientist with Mr. Beer for three batches now. Looking at moving to extract, but would like to stay at the 2 gallon size. Any good recipes out there?

All you need to do is scale a recipe you like down to the batch size you want

If you don't want to scale things on your own you can always buy Beersmith 2.0 for around $20. It helps me make some of my own recipes and scale these to any size.
