Hello all. I'm new to this whole thing. Just started brewing, haven't even tasted my first home brew yet. Got a one gallon CraftABrew kit and made up a wheat beer. It's bottle conditioning right now. I had some much fun just brewing that I couldn't wait to make more so when I discovered a LHBS 2 miles from my house I went straight out and spent a bunch of money and now have 3 gallons of cream ale fermenting. Increasing the amount just made it that much more fun.

I'm completely new with no knowledge but have already read tons of pages of info and its been so helpful and I got some books to read and increase my knowledge and abilities. I've already got tons of plans for beers and yeast washing and many other things. I am gonna stick to 3 gallons for a while though, or splitting 5 gallon recipes into 2.5. It just fits my kitchen space, plus the only people drinking are my wife and I, and she doesn't like the dark beers so that'll just be me, and I enjoy the brew process too much to wait tell I go through that much beer.

Anyway just wanted to say hello and thanks for all the help already.

Welcome. I spent about 2 months scouring this forum and watching Youtube videos before I got started.
