New guy from St. Louis Metro East

Howdy folks!

Brewing noob here!

I'm just beginning the process of building a keggle to boil in and have pretty much ironed out what other stuff I need to buy/make.

A friend has suggested an extract Hefe that would be a decent first brew for me.
I'm down with that.... because, if my wife likes it she may just let me go on my happy way brewing! She's always been a simple Bud Light girl , but does have a soft spot for Schlafy's Hefeweizen. So.... what the heck, eh?


Anyway... back on topic... Thanks for having me and I look forward to learning and sharing what I learn!

I used to live in Carbondale, IL. We would go to STL for Cubs/Cards games atleast once a year. You never wanted to sit too long at a stop light in E. STL hehe
