Hey everyone, my names Jonathan.

I've never brewed anything before, but i have a great fodnes for cooking, and this seemed like the perfect continuation.

So I've Decided to dive right in, starting With Edwort's Apfelwein.

Hi Jonathan! Welcome to the obsession. :mug:

I started out with a batch of Apfelwein, too. I've still got a couple bottles setting around here and there. It's been about a year since I made it, and it's only getting better! I like to cook with it, too. Last night I made a reduction sauce for some pork tenderloin medallions that I cooked up with some leeks and apples. Tasty!
 
Thanks, im excited, I'll pick up my new carboy, airlock and yeast, then get started on sunday.

Apfelwein Reduction sauce sounds amazing.
