Hi there, my names Ollie and I live in East Anglia in the Uk, which we call the 'arse end of britain' if you look at a picture of our island! I've been brewing on and off for about 4 years and have recently started brewing all grain. I've found this to be the best source of knowledge to help me on my journey so I thank all of you for your contributions.. I've read quite a few! I've currently got 10g of DIPA in my chronical so hopefully all will turn out ok with it! I look forward to being part of this forum's community- Cheers, Ollie

Welcome and if we are going look at at map of England as you describe, I will mentioned that I used to live in the prostate of England. Or maybe the bladder. Hard to say for certain.
