Nice, do you only do wine or do you do beer too? You should check out Edworts Apfelwein, I made my first batch today, but its supposed to be amazing. It might be right up your alley.
That Apfelwein sounds quite good.
I've never brewed a beer yet, always let the wines finish and so I have never carbonated a bottle yet and I am hoping to start with a mexically syle of cervasa like Corona . Then maybe a thick creamy stout like Guinness stout would be nice.
I have some ez-cap bottles looks like I need to buy more. I would like to try Ed's apfelwein carbonated first. then look into some other recipes.
