Im brewing :a Monmorency sour cherry, a beet wine, raspberry- white grape (Welches) and something strong, my own "Hundred Teas Applejack" (very hard cider)

Nice, do you only do wine or do you do beer too? You should check out Edworts Apfelwein, I made my first batch today, but its supposed to be amazing. It might be right up your alley. :mug:
 
That Apfelwein sounds quite good.
I've never brewed a beer yet, always let the wines finish and so I have never carbonated a bottle yet and I am hoping to start with a mexically syle of cervasa like Corona . Then maybe a thick creamy stout like Guinness stout would be nice.
I have some ez-cap bottles looks like I need to buy more. I would like to try Ed's apfelwein carbonated first. then look into some other recipes.
