Hello all,
Making my second batch ever this weekend and I have much to learn. I am running a propane system right now, but I'm in the middle of and Electric Brewing build and hope to have that done before the next batch. So far so good. I have a few pictures up in my gallery if anyone is interested or has some good information.

Welcome! Lots of us brewers in the Nutmeg state. You sure jumped right in with that setup. And a nice Rambler back there too-haven't seen one of those since my Dad's tan one 30 years ago.

Welcome to the forum!

You really jumped in with both feet, I see. What size batches are you doing?
5 gallon batches at the moment only because the lack of another Corny keg and I haven't dabbled in bottling any yet. As soon as I can scrape up some more money I have to buy a co2 tank, gauges, and another keg so I can split the batch. Right now I'm borrowing a lot of stuff and need to get my own.

Glad you joined man! Here's to learning more and more about brewing and making some bad ass beer!

Much success this weekend thanks to Genuine. System is running great. My first attempt at a homemade manifold was Super efficient and the wart was super clear. Every batch I'm learning a little more. Irish Red Ale was a bubbling away this morning, very excited.

Here it is people, Genuine and Myself kegged the Irish Red Ale last night. Good numbers.
