Hey HBT,

I have finally decided to join here after being a lurker for some time. I usually post over at /r/homebrewing

I am new to home brewing this year, and have four complete brews under my belt (5th is in process as I type this).

A bit about my brewing:

Due to the small size of my apartment I have been brewing 2.5G batches. I have also began BIAB brewing and so far prefer it to extract. Yesterday I picked up a mini-fridge, and ordered a STC1000 and all other necessary parts to build out a fermentation chamber.

Nice, welcome to the hobby and the group. :mug:

I have a 15G all grain system, but really love doing stovetop mashes for 2.5 gallon (more experimental) beers.

Thanks guys.

Yesterday turned into a back to back brew day. Did a Belgian Pale Ale (which was my first beer I made, though that one was extract and only a partial boil, so interested to compare to all grain and full boil, plus taking more care). And a milk stout, which depending on how it tastes may become a milk chocolate stout.
