Left work early today, really am sick. But, having the time, I did my 2nd all grain brew. My first all grain was on Sunday.
The first was a Rye based IPA, to follow the current fashion. All kidding aside, as a professed hop-head I deemed it necessary.
Today's brew was a wheat beer, with 6 lbs. of wheat, 2 lbs of pilsner, a lb of flaked maize, and another pound candi sugar. Also my first use of liquid yeast, WLP400 Belgian Wit.
So excited for both to be ready to bottle and imbibe. :mug:

not sure about that recipe; gonna be different. good on ya for mannin' up and doin' what's right on a sick day, though :D

Thanks guys. Yeah, the recipe is a bit different, but seems like half the fun to me. Both smell good coming from the airlock so far, hoping that it is a good sign. :)
