I'm in Tolland CT. Just finished Beer Class 101 in Willi ,and have been on Vacation. My 1st batch ever, Porter is in bottles and has been sitting for 3 weeks now. TONITE IS THE NIGHT!
Gonna pop em and try em. Next batch will be the same Porter but with a liquid yeast ,am told I should be able to taste the difference being better with liquid yeast,
This home brewing sure is COOL.
