Hi Y'all, new brewer here!

My name is Nicole, I'm 23 and I'm currently living in Somerville (my apartment doesn't have an outdoor hose hookup so we get pretty creative...my kitchen gets a little messy). I work as a Sales Rep for Berkshire Brewing Company, which is the best job in the world basically. The keg they gave me was converted into my brew kettle!

I just did my first all grain batch yesterday, it was the Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen posted by EdWort. Everything went really well minus I could already tell my efficiency was pretty low. Really excited to have gotten my first AG batch under my belt - Can't wait to brew again!

Right now I'm looking for any and all suggestions and tips, and just happy I finally have all the pieces I need for my all grain setup!

Welcome! I am planning on visiting Boston soon specifically to go to the Sunset Bar and Grill. Awesome to hear you got your first AG done. Even if your efficiency was low, it'll still be good beer. I've been battling efficiency issues since I started AG. Cheers! :mug:

Just wanted to say hey, im from Somerville too! Just moved here and love the brew shop in Cambridge. Feel free to msg me with any questions. Cheers!
