Just finished aging my first cider and started bottle conditioning. Tasted like a light Chardonnay while flat. Was a test run so used a cheap apple juice. Not bad but not much flavor. Maybe carbonation will help. Hoping to learn more in this community to improve flavors. Thank you.

What I do to give my cider more flavor is I stabilize it for a few days with k-meta and k-sulfate, then i backsweeten with more apple juice.
