Just put a batch of this hop devil IPA clone into a primary fermenter 3 days ago. Yeast is working great but worried about the bubbles coming up out of my airlock that I filled with vodka. An I good or should I clean airlock??

When you say bubbles do you mean that the airlock is bubbling or that there is something from the brew (probably a disgusting looking yellowish-tan foam)?

If it is just air coming out, no worries. If it is the foam from the inside, switch out your airlock for a blowoff tube and do it quickly. You're going to have a mess soon.

A blowoff tube is a hose leading from your bucket into a jar with sanitizer in it

How big of a fermenter are you using? I hope my 6.5 bucket will be ok and won't pop!

6.5 may be enough for most 5-gallon batches, but if you have a really vigorous fermentation or a very high-protein wort (like a wheat beer) you'll most likely need a blowoff. My primary is 8 gallons and even I've had to use a blowoff about 2-3 times in my years of brewing.
