Hello all. I've been lurking for the past month just absorbing all I can. My SWMBO bought me a Mr. Beer kit for Christmas and I've been off and running with upgrades. 
I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge from all the users on this site. I started out thinking extract brewing was overwhelming but now I'm itching to go BIAB...
