Hey all,
I have lurked this forum for a couple of weeks soaking up the knowledge and decided to go ahead and join. My father brewed a long time ago when I was very young, but stopped before we left England for the US when I was 5. I have been interested in home brewing for a while and there was a groupon deal that we couldn't pass up. We did an extract beer from Midwest that came with the kit, but last sunday I brewed an all grain Belgian Tripel. I figured why wait on getting to all grain? So just jumped right in. I look forward to all the advice and knowledge I'll continue to pick up on this forum and all the tasty brews that will produce from it.
