Hi gents,
I'm glad to have found this forum. I started out with one gallon kits years ago but it was an on and off again hobby. A few months ago I found myself on a four day weekend and exclaimed to my husband that nothing in the house interested me and that ALL I could think about was work. He told me I need to get back into a hobby. I always enjoyed brewing, but it pretty much wasn't worth the effort for just one gallon kits. So I put a guitar and a few other items for sale, sold the old hobbies and got some of the material needed to move up to 5 gallon brews.
Over the past few months I've brewed some 5 gallon kits, and was able to get my hands on a keg and old chest fridge to modify. It has definitely kept me busy. I look forward to reading your posts, learning, and maybe sharing some of my projects as well.
