Howdy, y'all. The wife and I are closing on our first house this week, and I'll be starting brewing once we move. I've been doing my reading and research for a couple months now, and I'm feeling pretty confident that I'll know what I'm doing. I picked up Palmer's "How To Brew" and have read it cover to cover twice already. I'll be starting out with extract brewing, but I plan to move to AG sometime this year.
