Hello everyone, I hope to be an active particpant in this forum. I was born in Muenchen and come from a long line of beer drinkers, but not makers... which I am trying to correct. I've brewed a few all grain gallon batches already.

One of the things i kept reading when i first researched homebrewing was that bottling will get old and bigger is better. How true, so after a couple months i'm now trying to brew up a 5 gallon batch for kegging.

Regards,
Dominik

Welcome :mug: I'm originally from the DFW area (Plano actually).

You work quickly, don't you! Congrats on already being up to all-grain and possibly kegging. I still stick to extract and partial-mashes, as I'm somewhat limited in space and funds.. but someday..
