New brewer out here in Brookfield, CT. Bottled my first brew, Brewers Best Holiday Ale, at the beginning of December and brewing my second batch, Brewers Best Witbier, today. Already have my third kit bought, Brewcraft Dry Hopped West Coast IPA, that I swapped some of the hops out after tasting Kiwi Rising IPL and enjoying the fruity flavors. Looking forward to any advice or guidance anyone has.
