Hey all, a co-worker pointed me to HBT, and I can already tell that there's some great info and lots of people with experience on here to help me in my future brewing endeavors. I just started my first solo batch last weekend (I've brewed with friends years ago), a dead guy ale. I've managed to buy equipment that I can grow into, so that in the future I can hopefully move away from recipes and get creative with my own mixes of ingredients.
I'm excited to be on here, and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions as I go along.
