Hi all!

I am a new brewer from The Netherlands, 22 years old and brewing with Speidel Braumeister 20L. Just did my second brew in it, and hoping to learn a lot on this forum!

Welcome.
You have a very nice piece of gear there.
It looks like it will make some great beer for you.

Yeah it is a very nice piece!

Thanks all!

And don't be too upset when people give you advise that is only applicable to homebrewers in the USA. In their enthusiasm to contribute, many of them do not look at the poster's location.

On the other hand, any post in Stupid (aka Standard) measurements, is probably from the US. Fortunately, 20L is close enough to 5 gallons to make recipes work mostly.

Welcome to the forum.

The first time I ever passed out in a bar was in the Netherlands. Drinking Heineken pints with camel backs (gin shots) after burning a huge spliff. Boom, passed out with my head flat on the bar. Conveniently, I was staying in the small hotel over the bar/coffeeshop, so I didn't have far to crawl once the bartender had revived me a little with some sugary tea. True story. Gezellig, stoned als een garnaal. :)
