Hello everyone,

My name is Steve and I've been brewing for a few months now and have 2 bottled batches under my belt now and 2 more fermenting as we speak. I got into this latest hobby after going to an Oktoberfest up here in Manchester and met the guys at a local homebrew store.

I am in love with beer to be quite honest. I'll pretty much drink everything, though I have a love affair with anything english after a trip to England in 2006.

At this point, I'm just brewing the kits that are sold at my local homebrew shop to get an idea of what is involved with each style of beer and learning how certain ingredients change the beer. But so far I love the process and the finished product ;)

Welcome, Steve! I'm a brewer from the Lakes Region of NH, although up until recently I lived and worked in Manchester. When you decide to switch over to all-grain brewing (its almost inevitable), let me know. I brew every weekend and would be glad to show you the ropes. I live an hour from Manchester. Enjoy the hobby!

welcome to the obsession, brother. you using Jaspers in nashua for your supplies? they are awesome. glad to have fellow NH-ites on here.

I actually go to Kettle to Keg up in Suncook, NH which is about 10 minutes from my apartment. I live 2 minutes away from Mcintyre ski area, and they had an oktoberfest there and K2K had a tent setup there, so I got talking to the owner Jay, who is a pretty nice guy. So pretty much I'm a loyalist to him haha. He markets a few of his own recipes (one I just got finished bottling) which are great.

As for going all grain, its going to happen soon don't you worry ;)

And welcome from Lowell, MA It's a pretty cool obsessions, errr...hobby.
I second the "Jasper's is great" vote, but do you have an address for K2K? I pass through Manchester about 2x a month.
